For stays shorter than 3 months, the citizens of some countries are exempt from visa requirement. The list can be found here
Citizens from countries not mentioned above need a visa to enter France. You can find the visa applications form and instruction here. Participants requiring a visa should apply as soon as possible. Please note that the visa application procedure can take a long time.
Invitation Letters
Official invitation by EuCAP2017 Conference Organisers
EurAAP, the official organizer of the EuCAP2017 conference, is pleased to send a letter of invitation to any conference delegate, speaker, exhibitor or visitor requesting it. The request for the invitation letter is available here by:
1. entering your profile data
2. detailing the identification number(s) of your accepted paper(s) you intend to present, if any.
3. clicking on Official invitation by EuCAP 2017 Conference Organisers.
In case you are an author of papers accepted for presentation, the EuCAP2017 Registration team will verify the correctness of the Paper ID(s) you intend to present (max 2) and will send you a letter of invitation via e-mail; in any other case, a fee of 20 EUR will be charged for administrative expenses.
Moreover, in case you need the original copy of the invitation letter a fee of 25 EUR will be charged for administrative and shipment expenses.
These letters of invitation will be shipped by express mail to the email address indicated on the Invoice for payment. If you wish to receive a letter of invitation to a different postal Street Name, please contact: eucap2017@b2c-congress.com
Please note that payment by credit card and bank transfer are available for invitation letter for non-authors. Nevetheless, a payment by bank transfer will occur an additional charge of 12 €.
